Because the laws governing wills and bequests may vary from state to state, we strongly recommend that you consult with independent legal counsel. Simply ask your attorney to include a bequest to GREY2K USA Worldwide in your current will or trust. About Brooklyn
Brooklyn was rescued from the only legal dog track in China after the success of an eight-year lobbying effort to close the Canidrome. The "Rescue Brooklyn" campaign of 2018 succeeded in safely airlifting 532 greyhounds to adoption groups around the world. But Brooklyn was no sooner at home with GREY2K founders Christine Dorchak and Carey Theil, when he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. Brooklyn's leg was amputated, he endured weeks of chemotherapy and then participated in a new program aimed at arresting canine cancer.
After a full year of health and happiness, Brooklyn suffered a stroke while playing with his grey sister, Gina. Eleven-year-old Brooklyn is now in recovery once more. The resilience of this beautiful dog inspires us to keep fighting for all his brothers and sisters worldwide.
