Third International Conference on Greyhound Advocacy

The Third International Greyhounds Around the Globe Conference took place at South Hall, on the beautiful grounds of the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. Advocates from ten countries came together on September 16, 2023 to hear presentations from lawmakers and non-profit leaders representing Australia, England, Ireland, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Scotland, the United States and Wales. One dozen rescued greyhounds also attended! Read the program.

Conferees were treated to a wonderful lunch while Greyhound Leadership Awards were presented to Gill Docherty and Jacqueline Brown of Scotland Against Greyhound Exploitation, Trudy Baker of Greyt Exploitations of England, and Gill Donn of Say No to Greyhound Racing in Scotland.

Bonus: Listen to more international voices.
