Grey2K USA:Protecting Greyhounds Nationwide

Action Alert - September 4, 2007

Volunteers Needed to Collect Signatures for the Greyhound Protection Act

Friends,

In only a few short days, we must begin collecting over 100,000 signatures to place the Greyhound Protection Act before voters.

This landmark measure will phase out dog racing by 2010. It is sponsored by greyhound protection group GREY2K USA, the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the Humane Society of the United States.

Next week, a series of volunteer meetings will be held across Massachusetts to launch this important campaign.

PLEASE COME TO THE TRAINING SESSION NEAREST YOU.

  • Beautiful new campaign t-shirts, signs, fact sheets and flyers will be available to all who attend!
  • But more importantly, we will communicate valuable new information on the state of greyhound racing in the Commonwealth. Please don’t miss this chance to learn the latest about Wonderland and Raynham Parks.

We look forward to seeing you there!

For the dogs,
