Dear Friend,
Florida lawmakers are now considering two proposals that would significantly reduce greyhound racing
in the state. These humane bills (House Bill 641 and Senate Bill 382) would decouple greyhound racing from other
forms of gambling.
Today, as many as 8,000 dogs endure lives of terrible confinement at Florida
racetracks. Many of these greyhounds also suffer serious injuries. Greyhound
decoupling will significantly reduce dog racing in the state, and help thousands of dogs. Help us get this important proposal over the finish line!
Please join this grassroots movement today by going to VoteForTheDogs.org. There, you can help pass this important greyhound bill by taking three easy steps.
First, VoteForTheDogs.org will help you identify the state lawmakers that represent you and provide you with their contact information. Calling your State Representative and State Senator is the most important thing you can do today to help Florida's greyhounds. Second, VoteForTheDogs.org will provide you with a form that you can use to contact other Floridians about this important issue, including your friends and family. Next, you will receive social networking tools you can use to tell others about this important campaign.
Finally, everyone who completes these three steps will receive a new Florida Greyhound Button and GREY2K USA bumper sticker!
Please go to VoteForTheDogs.org today, and lend your voice to the fight for Florida's greyhounds. The
dogs can't speak for themselves, and are counting on us!
Sincerely,

Christine A. Dorchak, Esq.
