Dear Florida Greyhound Advocates,

Please join our Executive Director Carey Theil in Tallahassee for Florida Humane Lobby Day 2017! ​

Organized by the Humane Society of the United States, this important event will provide all the information you will need to help pass laws to protect animals, including Florida’s greyhounds. Registration is required and ends Sunday March 19.​

Where: Challenger Learning Center

200 S. Duval Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301

When: Wednesday, March 22, 9 am – 4 pm

Lunch: Light breakfast and lunch will be provided

*Everyone who attends will receive a free button and “Save the Greyhounds” wristband to wear.*​

At this important event, advocates from across the state will come together and lobby for greyhound decoupling and a ban on the use of steroids in racing dogs. Participants will be briefed on these measures and then meet with the legislators who represent them.  ​

Please join us for this special day, and help give Florida greyhounds a strong voice this year!
